We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with any applicable tags attached. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Non-Returnable Items
As all MKR products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

If you are unsure whether your purchase qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item after the return has been processed.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, together with proof of purchase.
Please note that, under EU consumer law, made-to-order or personalized products may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
