Every MKR print is produced exclusively after your order is placed. By printing on demand, we reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and ensure every piece is crafted to the highest quality standards.

Production Time

Once production is complete, your order is carefully packaged and shipped directly to you.

Shipping Within Germany

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after production

  • Tracking included

Shipping Within the European Union

We ship to all EU member states.

  • Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days after production

  • Tracking included

Whenever possible, orders are fulfilled by a production partner located within Europe to reduce shipping times and environmental impact.

Worldwide Shipping

MKR ships worldwide.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, print size, and order quantity.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties.

For destinations outside the EU, import taxes, customs duties, or local fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment.

Every artwork is printed only after it has been ordered. This print-on-demand approach helps reduce waste, eliminate unnecessary inventory, and support more responsible production.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We'll work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
