2. Products

All MKR artworks are produced on demand after an order has been placed.

Due to different monitor settings and printing processes, slight variations in color and appearance may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product.

Your order becomes binding only after payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

4. Pricing

All prices shown on our website are displayed in the selected currency.

Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, and import fees (where applicable) are calculated separately during checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Production & Shipping

Every MKR print is produced exclusively after your order has been placed.

Estimated production time:

2–5 business days

Estimated shipping times:

Germany: 3–7 business days
European Union: 4–10 business days
Worldwide: 7–20 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs clearance or shipping carrier delays.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete information.

Because every MKR artwork is produced specifically for each customer, cancellations or returns due to a change of mind cannot be accepted once production has started, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items will be replaced or refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, layouts, graphics, typography, logos, website content, product images, and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of MKR and Torben Glamm.

No content may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use trusted third-party providers for payment processing, shipping, analytics, and production.

Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Privacy

The collection and processing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using this website, you agree to the processing of your data as described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MKR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
